Job Description:Robert Half have partnered with a global manufacturing business based in the Midlands, who are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to support their suite of business applications (mainly supporting SAP S4 Hana). Paying up to £50,000 with fantastic benefits and flexible working.As a Business Systems Analyst specializing in SAP S4 Hana, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, designing solutions, and driving the successful implementation and optimization of SAP S4 Hana systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technology aligns seamlessly with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify, analyze, and document requirements for SAP S4 Hana.
• Design and implement SAP S4 Hana configurations
• Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.
• Lead or support SAP S4 Hana module upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and SAP S4 Hana capabilities, recommending process improvements.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilisation of SAP S4 Hana functionalities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, configurations, and project progress.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Business Systems/ERP Systems Analyst
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business processes
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
