Business Systems Analyst *Remote*Level: Mid-LevelSalary: €55,000 – €60,000Location: OffalyRoleOur client has a global presence in the software industry and is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who specialises in CRM systems . The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to improving customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders define business requirements and propose insightful solutions.Translate requirements into in depth technical specifications for engineering teams.Lead project tracking, mentorship, and collaboration with stakeholders.Enhance documentation, system alignment, and process improvement.Criteria:3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with experience in CRM system implementation/customisation.Proficient in business analysis, SDLC, and stakeholder communication.Experience using Agile methodologiesCertified Business Analysis Professional or Certified Scrum Master is preferred but not a requirement.Benefits:Fully remote, equity compensation & stock purchase plan.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving business processes, we’d love to hear from youPlease apply using the link below!
