Job Description:UE05: £28,879.00 – £33,232.00 Per Annum.Corporate Services Group, Estates Department, Business ServicesOpen Ended Contract – Permanent.Full Time – 35 hours per week.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to deliver a range of business support services, providing professional, responsive and efficient administrative support to an individual or group of Senior Managers within the Operations/Building Services section. In addition to this, the post holder will play an important role in assisting the Business Manager to co-ordinate the effective organisation and administration of efficient procurement, finances, HR and contract related support.The Opportunity:The post holder will provide comprehensive, high quality, efficient, flexible and professional business administration support within the Estates Department. In particular: updating information systems, records and databases; following financial processes and procedures; and coordinating a variety of meetings across the Estates Department and beyond.In addition, the Business Support Analyst will carry out analysis of data to support a specialised function within Estates, and manage dashboards and provide information support to demonstrate that the function is meeting its obligations.Colleagues are expected to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week (in agreement with the line manager and in line with business needs).Your skills and attributes for success:

It is an integrated centre of excellence responsible for implementing decisions related to the buildings, fabric and infrastructure of the University. It provides specialist advice to the University on strategic estates issues as well as its statutory obligations.
