As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing Sales, Marketing, CX & Ops organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What you will doManage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experienceBe responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipelineInterview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensationSet hiring managers’ expectations and develop processes around interviewingBrainstorm with hiring managers’ to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each searchDevelop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategiesWhat you will needA minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Support, Account Management or G&A)Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to source, attract, and hire top talentA track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisionsDemonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
