Description

• Project manage multi-functional process and SAP system implementations which will include re-engineering processes in the supply chain & SAP Technical System Implementations. – Own the analysis and recommendations of new process and technology needs for the full demand and supply chain to develop strategic direction. – Influence and gain the consensus of partners on approach, priorities, and solutions. – Understand business needs and approach problems with creativity and new ideas. – Deliver clear and well thought out presentations for buy in and alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Expertise in project management with focus on leading systems projects.
• Ability to lead complex projects from conception through to successful implementation.
• Interest and experience in Process Simplification and Improvement, systems, tools & new technologies to improve speed and efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Experience managing internal and external partner groups at all levels.
• Experience in ERP systems and B2B/EDI Integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Operations / Supply Chain knowledge.
• Project Management, process expertise and SAP.
• AI/ML experience desireable.
