Generous Salary – depending on experience + commission, company car, laptop, mobile phone, and benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

As a New Business Development Manager, you will: 

  • Identify and approach potential customers to introduce them to the fantastic Nespresso Professional Solutions for their workplace.
  • Be part of a successful sales team, where your proactive mindset will drive you to seek out new opportunities every day, collaborating with diverse organizations.
  • Showcase your exceptional organization skills, prospecting abilities, and closing power in sales. Your determined personality and strong social skills will make you a key player.
  • Utilize social media channels to uncover new business prospects and innovative ways to connect with potential clients.

The ideal New Business Development Manager will: 

  • Thrive on securing appointments and winning new business, making the most of face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Love being out in the field, meeting clients and building relationships rather than being stuck behind a desk.
  • Actively seek out new opportunities in the market on a daily basis, driven by your self-motivation and hunger to learn.
  • Demonstrate expertise in B2B sales, leveraging your experience and skills to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed budgets and targets, constantly pushing for the number one position within the team.
