Description

A leading DeFi project is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Protocol Growth Lead to drive our B2B initiatives and strengthen our market position. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in the blockchain and DeFi space.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts to drive protocol and stablecoin growth
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
  • Design and implement strategic partnerships
  • Facilitate mutually beneficial proposals with other projects
  • Build and manage a robust sales and business development pipeline
  • Identify and leverage emerging DeFi trends
  • Actively participate in community leadership, including events and presentations
  • Communicate partner feedback to the development team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ecosystem or business development, preferably in DeFi or Ethereum
  • Strong relationships with large web2 and web3 organizations
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking ability

Bonus skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of DeFi and blockchain innovations
  • Proven experience leading business development for high-growth DeFi protocols
