Description
A leading DeFi project is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Protocol Growth Lead to drive our B2B initiatives and strengthen our market position. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in the blockchain and DeFi space.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to drive protocol and stablecoin growth
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
- Design and implement strategic partnerships
- Facilitate mutually beneficial proposals with other projects
- Build and manage a robust sales and business development pipeline
- Identify and leverage emerging DeFi trends
- Actively participate in community leadership, including events and presentations
- Communicate partner feedback to the development team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ecosystem or business development, preferably in DeFi or Ethereum
- Strong relationships with large web2 and web3 organizations
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking ability
Bonus skills:
- Advanced knowledge of DeFi and blockchain innovations
- Proven experience leading business development for high-growth DeFi protocols
