The Business Developer for North Europe will be responsible for fostering relationships and creating business opportunities within the pharmaceutic / bio tech sector. He will work closely with the sales & after sales department to drive growth and expansion in the North Europe region (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Scandinavian countries).Our client is a large organisation specialised in the design and the manufacturing of sterilisation and contamination control systems for the pharmaceutical, bio-tech and food industries.They offer a wide range of portfolio: autoclaves, sterilisers, isolators and automation solutions for sterile processingThey pride themselves on their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, with a strong international presence.As a Business Developer Pharma – Medical Equipment – North Europe, your responsibilities are:
- Lead the development and the implementation of strategic sales plans in the North of Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Scandinavian countries).
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities with the Pharmaceutical and the Bio-tech industries
- Fostering relationships with existing clients
- Leverage industry and customer network to create new or strengthen customers relationships and propose cross-selling
- Coordinating with the sales, the after sales and the marketing departments to reach business goals
- Preparing reports on market trends, competition, and new opportunities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service
As a successful Business Developer Pharma – Medical Equipment – North Europe, you should have:
- An academic background in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- +5years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical / bio-tech industry in contact with technical profiles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- A result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- The ability to travel in North Europe 40/50% of the time
- Fluent in English, French & Dutch is mandatory
