This position will support ANZ International Card Services Commercial (ICS) division and will be responsible for working closely with key business stakeholders and their teams on key reporting, analysis and pipeline management. This role is also responsible for overseeing the monthly process including Signing Update Procedure (SUP) & Governance Audit, managing the CRM platform (salesforce.com), validate and manage incentive queries. This person is required to not only engage with a diverse group of team members, but also work with many internal partners.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Reporting & Analytics: Supporting the development and production of monthly Global Card Servies (GCS) ANZ reports

Partnering with key stakeholders such as: FP&I, Business Planners, SABE, Marketing and Business heads

Assist with Pipeline and Lead management

CRM Management:owns CRM (One Force) management and governance, assist with pipeline and lead management

Incentive Governance
Minimum Qualifications
-
Finance undergraduate degree or similar is required
-
Analytical and strong attention to detail
-
Highly effective communication style (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate and influence other

Ability to work independently
-
Strong MS Office Knowledge – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
-
Customer focused with the ability to build effective internal and external business partnerships
-
Strong team player who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities.
