OverviewAs our Business Analyst, your natural curiosity and excellent verbal and written communications skills – particularly asking the right questions to draw out requirements, calling out interdependencies and implications, and documenting needs clearly and concisely – are what provides the foundations for a constantly evolving CRM platform.Working closely with the Product Owner and wider Salesforce team, you will:
You will support a roadmap of recommendations, plan and prioritize the agreed work areas, make technical recommendations on implementation, and assist in overseeing scrum activities to continuously enhance the CRM system.This role is location-agnostic with various options for flexible working arrangements. The rest of the UK team is split between Ipswich and London and occasional travel to the office will be required.
