You will work closely with our customers at business and technical levels, leading them to reduce risk in their commercial lending portfolios.As a Business Analyst, you will develop a deep understanding of our COLLATE solution and how it brings value to financial institutions. You will explain integration points and configurability options to customers, work with their teams to tailor the solution, resolve any integration issues, create and maintain client and internal documentation, educate and train the customer on the use of the product.In this role, you will develop into a subject matter expert, further enhancing Broadridge’s product leadership within the market. You will dynamically engage with our global financial services clients and work to foster a strong partnership to ensure successful implementations.
The role will necessitate some travel to work at international customer sites.About youYour strengths are in business analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis, building customer relationships, problem solving, integration and configuration. You think outside the box, are a self-starter and enjoy collaborating with customers and internal teams. You are comfortable communicating with customers, technical and non-technical teams.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide consultancy and subject matter expertise guidance to customers and other stakeholdersEngage with customers – both on-site and off-site – to understand, interpret, business processes and software requirements, ensuring requirements are progressed through entire SDLCUpon procuring customer feedback and software requirements, perform detailed analysis, produce specifications and related artefacts for consideration in future product enhancementsCollaborate with internal teams to facilitate the integration of customer systems and dataCollaborate with internal and external client project managers to ensure business and technical requirements are clearly definedStatus reporting and escalation on all matters relating to business analysis activities for all assigned projectsProvide business insight into the development and test processesCreate and maintain high quality end user and internal documentationProvide software demonstrations to internal teams and clientsProvide input into project planning through impact assessment and estimation of analysis effortRequired Experience3-5 years Business Data analysis experienceKnowledge of software implementations and Data MappingUnderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile MethodologyExceptional and professional attitude towards customer service with attention to detailAbility to analyse, interpret, and suggest alternative solutions to complex business problemsAbility to translate software requirements from clients into tickets for internal teamsCapable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment; working with multiple clients across various time zonesWillingness and ability to learn the business domain to become a subject matter expertHigh energy and enthusiasm with and underlying commitment to achieve objectives and meet strict deadlinesDesire to foster a strong collaborative environment and take initiativeStrong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.Relevant degree in a business, technical, or analytical discipline (e.g., Business Administration/Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science).Fluent in EnglishEligible to work in Ireland and available to travel up to 25%, including travel within the EU, USA, Australia, and South AfricaDesirable ExperienceSpecific experience in a similar role in a vendor company in the Financial Services/Banking IndustryKnowledge of the Financial Services industry, ideally with a software vendor; preferably related to credit, business banking and / or Wealth ManagementSQL Developer and Jira/Confluence experienceHybrid Flexible at BroadridgeWe are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
