Job description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to optimize business processes, support digital transformation, and bridge business needs with technology. This role involves gathering requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and over time, taking on project management responsibilities for eCommerce initiatives like website building and replatforming.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and requirements documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support system implementation, integration, and testing efforts.
- Develop data models, workflow diagrams, and system architecture documentation.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Provide ongoing support and training for stakeholders as needed.
- Over time, take on project management responsibilities related to eCommerce initiatives, including website building, dropshipping setups, and replatforming

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business analysis, preferably in a technical environment.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication with a proactive and positive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Project Management: Understanding of Project Management principles, with experience in managing own projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with system integrations and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, or equivalent.
