Business AnalystLocation: BracknellSalary: Competitive. You’ll manage cross-functional projects, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights to support key business decisions.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse data across finance, sales, and operations to identify business efficiencies.
• Lead cross-departmental projects and deliver process improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports for executive decision-making.
• Manage and maintain CRM and BI systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills Required:

• Proficiency inPower BI and Crystal Reports for data analysis.
• Knowledge of T-SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in finance, sales, and business transformation processes.
