Job description
We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks:
- Analyse how the HR processes, definitions, principles and practices are implemented with a view of supporting the use of the HR IT platform and related systems;
- Identify viable business solutions, translate them into technical specifications and assist with their technical implementation;
- Use appropriate tools to track differences in implementation and configuration during the interinstitutional adoption of the HR IT platform;
- Define use cases and test configurations and proposed solutions on different technical environments;
- Support the change management process and analyse change requests;
- Develop and deliver business oriented documentation, training and coaching sessions for a successful adoption and use of the HR IT platform.
Requirements
- University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 11 years;
- In depth experience with Service management frameworks, such as ITIL;
- Capacity to understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs;
- Experience with project/ service management related tools (JIRA, Confluence) will be an advantage;
- Working experience with PM2 and Agile (Scrum) will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent command of the English language.
