Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Preston or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on skills and experienceWhat you’ll be doing:

• Planning and leading workshops with stakeholders of all levels to elicit, document and analyse critical success factors and business/system requirements
• Developing and managing system requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Business process capture and analysis
• Identifying the impacts of change, verifying readiness, and preparing stakeholders to embed change
• Support the Project Manager in identifying project stakeholders, defining the project scope and its business justification

Your skills and experiences:Essential:

• Excellent experience eliciting and documenting requirements for technical projects, including leading workshops for requirements
• Experience and exposure to Waterfall methodologies
• Demonstrable evidence analysing and documenting business processes
• Experience working with, and influencing, senior stakeholders

Desirable:

• Qualifications such as APMG Change Management, BCS BA Diploma, IIBA, AgileBA
