We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Tasks:

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements;
• Evaluate and assess business models and processes;
• Assist in the creation of business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans;
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with initial business requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
• Utilize analysis and modeling tools to define system functionality;
• Conduct risk analysis to identify potential challenges;
• Analyze the integration of different information systems;
• Support development teams and conduct iterative testing of solutions;
• Collaborate with business analysts, business owners, customers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Business & Functional analysis;
• Minimum 5 years of experience with UML and BPMN and other modeling techniques (Use Case Diagrams, State Diagrams, ER Models, Interaction Diagrams, etc.);
• Minimum 5 years of experience with JIRA and ArchiMate;
• Experience in writing detailed Business and Functional analysis and in producing structured documentation (UML diagrams, Use Cases, Mock-ups, etc.);
• Experience in designing multilayer applications and integration points;
• Experience with (Agile) project management: backlog management, grooming and refinement sessions, iterative planning and delivery, estimation techniques and incremental development;
• Experience in testing (design, execution, documentation);
• Experience in web applications;
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
• Good knowledge of SQL for DB consultation;
• Good knowledge of information systems matters;
• Experience as Product Owner or Scrum master would be an advantage;
• A certification related to Business analysis would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent command of the English language.
