In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver strategic initiatives, driving growth and innovation.What will you be doing:– Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects.– Understand the holidays’ business, including processes, systems, and market positioning.– Gather, document, and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and customer needs.– Act as the link between business and technical teams, identifying risks and resolving complex challenges.– Use analytical skills to support the discovery, mapping, and feasibility of new opportunities.What We need from you:– Experience in aligning business strategies with customer and market needs.– Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.– Agile experience, especially with techniques like Behavioural Driven Development.– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.– Highly preferable would be experience in the travel industry, particularly in hotel inventory, accommodation products, or account management.
