Staffed by a team of Hosts who are trained to deftly deliver exceptional customer service and are ready to take care of anything and everything for their guests. From housekeeper to receptionist, concierge to chauffeur, breakfast chef, cocktail shaker, memory maker, and more. Taking ownership of all aspects of the department and having the autonomy to do whatever improves a guest’s stay means that the team can deliver a truly unique hotel experience. Brimstone Hotel sits independently of the Langdale Hotel, self-catering, and timeshare accommodation but has full access to all its associated facilities as well as exclusive use of the Reading Room, the Boot Room, and complimentary use of Brimstone Spa’s Thermal Experience.Our Brimstone Hotel HostOur Brimstone Hosts are lively, energetic, and eager to please. The role of Host covers all aspects of running the hotel and looking after guests, and each host is given an area of responsibility for the day.Maestro – Acting as Master of the House, Maestro will be all seeing and all-knowing with every scrap of information needed to make the day run smoothly. The Maestro is the first point of call for any issues and is empowered to make decisions to best benefit the guest.Cinderella – Make the bed Cinderella, mop the floors Cinderella, Hoover the carpet Cinderella. It’s no easy life, but our Cinderella’s see the bigger picture. They see the end result. And the end result is 16 of the most beautiful rooms you may ever see, anywhere! All thanks to Cinderella.Ratatouille – Ratatouille takes care of all thing’s food and beverage. From cooking breakfast in the morning to making sure the Reading Room is stocked with enough drinks, cakes, sandwiches, cheese, and scones to fill the greediest to bursting.Moneypenny – Moneypenny ensures that the day is properly sewn up. Completing paperwork, responding to emails, prepping daily sheets for tomorrow and checking guest notes to ensure everything is organised, set and ready to go.Dream Maker – The Dream Maker turns a night in a hotel into a memory that lasts a lifetime. The Dream Maker is the welcome, the face, the knowledge. The Dream Maker finds out that a guest is thinking of a nice stroll in the morning. The consummate professional, the ultimate anticipator, the perfect Host, the Dream Maker will find maps to a local café, recommend their favourite cake, and hand over a couple of waterproof jackets.
