Based at our incredible Battersea Power Station HQ, this is an exciting opportunity to shape category strategy, drive brand awareness, and lead go-to-market execution across EMEA.You’ll be at the heart of our high-energy, consumer-first marketing team, working cross-functionally to deliver bold, insight-driven campaigns. From launching innovative products to developing killer brand storytelling, this role is all about making an impact. We need a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and marketing all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.Exciting things you’ll be doing

• Leading the go-to-market strategy for Shark Home Floorcare across EMEA.
• Creating compelling brand messaging that connects with consumers.
• Partnering with Product Development, Sales, Media, and IMC to deliver best-in-class launches.
• Owning category performance insights, identifying growth opportunities, and optimising campaigns.
• Developing breakthrough content for digital, social, retail, and beyond.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in Brand/Product Marketing, ideally in consumer goods or appliances.
• A passion for category storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and killer execution.
• Strong commercial acumen – you get the numbers and know how to turn insights into action.
• A fast-moving, collaborative mindset – you thrive in a high-energy team.
• The ability to think big, move fast, and make things happen.
