We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Controller at our  Nespresso Boutique in Robina .

Our successful candidate will be committing to a Monday to Friday roster with occasional public holidays (38 hours per week):

Monday 7am-3pm, Wednesday 7am-3pm, Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 7am-3pm.

Alternating hours based on stocktake for Tuesdays, 6am-2pm / 9:30am-6pm

As a Boutique Retail Stock & Inventory Controller….

Be an integral member of the leadership team and support the operations of the boutique to achieve KPIs and sales targets. As a health and safety champion, you will ensure all areas of the boutique are compliant. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, maintaining optimal stock levels, delivering team safety training and providing exceptional customer service.

• Coordinate and manage stock deliveries and requisitions

• Conduct regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and balance stock levels

• Continuous improvement of stock management processes

• Maintain communication with the team regarding stock levels and product availability

• Coach and train the team as the Health & Safety Champion, ensuring compliance within all areas of the Boutique

• Assist customers and deliver exceptional service on the Boutique floor

• Collaborate with the VM champion for visual merchandising

• Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail skills
