Location:DublinType:PermanentCategory:Supply ChainSalary:€50K-€80K doeBIM ManagerOur client is excited to be working on a cutting-edge development and is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to oversee the implementation of their Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy across multiple projects within the business unit. As a BIM Manager, you will provide leadership and support to ensure a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract through project delivery and handover.This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Dublin area, and you will be an integral part of the site team operations, playing a key role in the successful delivery and handover of projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Support the pre-construction team by reviewing tender documents (e.g., Works Information, EIR) to identify the client’s BIM and digital requirements.
• Provide technical review of 3D BIM models at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.
• Produce and deliver project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, ensuring the internal project team and external parties understand their responsibilities.
• Lead the DPD kick-off meeting (in collaboration with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalize the DPD strategy.
• Provide support and mentorship to BIM Engineers as required.

Requirements:

• A third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
• 5+ years of experience using Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software.
