An International BIM Consultancy in the AEC Industry is looking for a BIM Manager to join their practice and lead teams through projects.Job # 6332Job Title: BIM Manager, International BIM Consultancy, AEC IndustryRare Opportunity for a BIM Manager for global BIM Consultancy in LondonA truly exceptional role for a talented Project BIM Manager to join a global BIM consultancy based in London. We’re looking for a talented and ambitious BIM Manager from either an architectural background to take the lead and bring your in-depth understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and legislation for the successful project delivery. This is a rare an exciting role for someone who really wants to challenge themselves and work at the forefront of the digital technology field.This is a role where you will be responsible for model information auditing & reporting to ensure the project is in line with current BIM requirements. You will chair BIM meetings, producing monthly BIM reports and lead internal model review sessions using BIM Track. You will be required to federate data information and models into combined Solibri & Navisworks files making sure these are kept up to date and communicate to the project team of uploads and availability. You will be required to establish and maintain a BIM deliverable programme and ensure all consultants/subcontractors are delivering in line with such. This is a role where you will act as project BIM lead, administrator and client & project team support. This is no doubt a challenging but fulfilling role for the right candidate where you will gain a wealth of experience. It really is too good an opportunity to miss.What sectors do they work in?Working on a diverse variety of projects across the whole AEC industrySoftware and KnowledgeMust demonstrate current direct experience with the process, workflow and use of BIM & infrastructure analysis software of complex projects using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks (3D,4D), Synchro, Solibri and BIM Track.In-depth understating of the current Level 2 BIM requirements & BS/PAS 1192 suite of documents.Demonstrable understanding of project processes, workflows, contractual obligations and responsibilities between various members of the design team.Degree in ArchitecturalWhy work there?Become part of this vibrant and inspiring global team of BIM experts who work at the forefront of the AEC industry and digital technologies.
