#IJBIM EngineerJohn Sisk & Son are delighted to be working on cutting-edge developments where, as an experienced BIM Engineer, you will be working on exciting and innovative projects whilst utilising your comprehensive knowledge in Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD to manage Pre-con and Live Construction projects whilst ensuring the highest possible efficiency and quality.This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Dublin area and you will be in a site-based role, where you will be a key part of our site team operations in the successful delivery and handover of our projects.You will be:
- Working closely with preconstruction bid teams, temporary works department, site and project teams whilst designing and producing 3D and 4D BIM Models.
- Supporting the project team and gaining an extensive understanding of their contractual obligations with support from the BIM Manager.
- Supporting the prodcution and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and digital implementation strategy.
- Reviewing and validating Project Information Model (PIM) developed by design teams and subcontractors.
- Attending / facilitating weekly coordination meetings.
You will have:
- Completed a third-level qualification in construction, computing or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in construction, building BIM Engineering
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office
- 3+ years experience utilising Autodesk Revit, Viewpoint for Projects / Dalux, Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion and other rendering software packages.
- Experience and understanding of ISO19650
