Overview
- Remote position with Swiss non-profit TGLF, focusing on digital recruitment campaigns and peer learning program support.
- TGLF develops innovative learning approaches against critical societal threats.
- Role requires high autonomy, self-direction, and bilingual English/Ukrainian fluency with French language preferred.
Core responsibilities
- Execute multilingual digital recruitment campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage TGLF social media presence and content creation
- Provide intensive support for peer learning programmes
- Configure and troubleshoot technical platforms independently
- Leverage generative AI tools effectively for scale, speed, and quality quality
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance through data analytics
- Develop strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships
Required qualifications
- Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, International Development, or other related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in campaign management or digital marketing
- Proven track record managing complex, cyclical projects autonomously
- Advanced digital marketing and social media expertise
- Mastery of digital platforms (Google Ads, Telegram, Zoom, email marketing platforms)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Ukrainian
Preferred qualifications
- French fluency preferred. Additional preferred languages include Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian
- Experience with humanitarian sector, global health, child protection, mental health and psychosocial support
- Strong understanding of adult online learning systems
