Position Summary: 

• Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations 

• Let guests #playonthroughout the complete food and beverage experience 

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience  

• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required

• Be an engaging and inspiring supervisor by providing motivation and support to our crew 

• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

• Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks 

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings 

• Plan and execute team building activities so crew feel part of the team.

About You: 

• An up to date RSA 

• Relevant experience in a managerial role 

• Working rights in Australia
