Position Summary:

• Supervise the bar service period, exceeding guest expectations and fueling their curiosity

• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests

• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

• Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

• Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings

• Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team

• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA

• Relevant experience in a similar role
