Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for Bar Staff for our clients, an establishment located in the heart of Dingle, Co. Kerry. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers.Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking and serving drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Providing recommendations on drink selections and specials.
• Ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations and policies.
• Handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area and equipment.
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience and address any concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
