Structured Finance Lawyer | 2-6 years PQE | International Law Firm Birmingham We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Structured Finance Lawyer with 2-6 years PQE to join a leading international law firm in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex financing transactions, including securitisation, asset-backed securities, and receivables financing, for a wide range of clients, including top-tier UK clearing banks, investment funds, and corporate borrowers. The Role As a Structured Finance Lawyer, you will: – Advise clients on a diverse range of structured finance transactions, including securitisation, asset-based lending, and receivables financing. – Work with leading UK clearing banks, independent funders, and investment banks, as well as corporate borrowers, providing high-quality legal advice on complex and varied deals. – Collaborate closely with senior partners and a highly skilled team of finance specialists, gaining exposure to some of the most exciting transactions in the sector. – Develop client relationships, taking on early responsibility and contributing to the growth of the firm’s structured finance practice. About You The ideal candidate will: – Have 2-6 years PQE, ideally gained at a leading City firm or a strong regional practice. – Be technically excellent and commercially aware, with a client-focused approach and excellent communication skills. – Be a team player with the ability to work closely with partners and senior lawyers to deliver exceptional results for clients.
