A leading law firm is looking for a talented solicitor to join its Banking and Finance team in Glasgow. With offices across the UK and further afield, the firm supports ambitious businesses, offering a supportive and collaborative environment.The Role

• Work on various financing transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance, and real estate finance
• Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating security documents, managing transaction processes, and liaising with borrowers, lenders, and investors
• Opportunities to take on project responsibility and engage in client development
• Supportive and structured environment with clear guidance

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ PQE in general banking
• Experience managing full transaction lifecycles
• Ability to work collaboratively with local and national teams
