They advise both lenders and borrowers on transactions ranging from £10 to £100 million.They are seeking a motivated junior Banking Solicitor at NQ-2 years PQE to join their excellent team. This role is entirely transactional, focusing on drafting sophisticated documents, engaging in negotiations, managing transaction processes, and coordinating with clients and other teams.
