This is an opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a Birmingham private practice within their Banking & Finance team.This is an opportunity to work within a leading Banking & Finance team. The team would consider candidates from newly-qualified upwards.The team typically work on both national and international work including:

• acquisition finance
• leveraged finance
• securitisation
• ABL
• real estate finance
