Additional Information:
- This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.
- This role is located in our Tempe contact centre – The Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP).
- Hybrid working is supported, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
- The internal title for this role Remote Area Manager.
- This role requires availability to work Monday – Sunday.
- Shift times will range across 7:00am – 10:00pm.
- As our unit store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
- As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidate.

Team vision (text) As the B2B Remote Area Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the unit action plan and ensure the team actively works towards maximising sales and achieving agreed goals in the Remote Customer Meeting Point.
- Secure that you and your team understand the omnichannel retail environment and act quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Remote Team Leaders promoting individual growth and securing high performance.
- Ensure clear guidelines are communicated to the team to secure best practice.
- Collate and implement feedback from Remote Team Leaders to ensure that key opportunities and challenges within the assigned area are highlighted and addressed to relevant stakeholders.
- Support and contribute with input to the Remote Sales Manager within the assigned area in developing an action plan for executing the strategy to achieve targets.
- Ensure consistent ways of working by conducting Remote Team Leader calibration sessions in order to secure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide an inspiring and motivating environment for your co-workers as well as securing trust and openness with both internal and external stakeholders to help support the remote selling function to achieve its goals and getting the most out of all relationships.

- A passion for home furnishing, & Business to Business selling you are energised by sales growth and have a desire to lead and motivate a team of leader to achieve success.
- Experienced in helping others and coaching them to achieve their best, securing competent and high-performing teams is essential.
- An understanding of the Business to Business landscape including project management, project tendering, relationship building & management.
- Excellent communication skills, collaboration, selling skills, the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and external partners.
- Building trustful relationships and influencing stakeholders on all levels comes naturally for you.
- Experience in setting & implementing action plans and following up on goals, you can act as a change driver, maximising sales and sustaining long-term profitability within an omnichannel retail landscape.
- A desire and passion to develop the business, utilising approaches to change management to secure organisational growth and change.
- A strategy mindset, tailoring ways to create meaningful business furnishing solutions to our customer through your team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
