• Offices centrally located in Dublin 2 (Near Green & Red Luas line, Tara Street train station and numerous bus routes)
• Salary of €65,000 DOE
• Hybrid Role
• Maternity Contract

Responsibilities:

• Implementing provisions of Regulation (EC) 376/2014 on occurrence reporting, Including; * Identifying data quality and data completeness issues incoming occurrence report for resolution with relevant reporting organisations.
• Monitoring completion of internal tasks in respect of occurrence report processing.
• Monitoring performance of ARMS to ERCS conversion tool and identifying related data quality issues.
• Providing information to facilitate the assessment of adherence to mandatory timelines associated with occurrence reporting and follow-up.
• Supporting regulatory requirements for exchange of information between States of interest.
• Manage requests for aggregated and/or anonymised data from the national occurrence database by interested parties.

• Providing safety information derived from occurrence reporting using data visualisation methods to support safety management activities.
• Advising the Manager Safety Analysis and Performance of significant events or developments during any safety analysis activity.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a working environment using databases to support business analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of data and related taxonomies
• Superior IT skills and demonstrated knowledge of software tools used to develop business intelligence (eg PowerBI), databases, and use of Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise and informative reports
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including ability to make presentations
