The Opportunity

As our AV Integration Technician, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing the on-site installation of a variety of AV integration projects. Reporting directly to the Senior AV Integration Installer, you will work collaboratively to support the successful delivery of multiple projects in the installation and integration field with a key focus on quality, safety and efficiency.

This role has the flexibility to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Core Responsibilities

  • Install and manage various AV hardware on-site.

  • Cable infrastructure installation and termination.

  • Collaborate with other stakeholders and deliver successful installations.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings.

Your Background

  • AVIXA CTS-D qualification highly regarded.

  • 2-3 years of experience in the AV integration field.

  • Open cabling certification with the necessary endorsements or a willingness to obtain them (training can be provided).

  • Proficiency with AV installation tools; basic tools provided as needed.

  • Solid computer skills for troubleshooting and equipment upgrades.

  • Self-starter and can work effectively with competing deliverables.

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.

  • Ability to travel.
