Location: Remote – Michigan residents

As a remote Automotive Goodwill Claims Analyst at Morley, you’ll audit automotive files in cases where we have extended financial assistance to customers. This important role requires sound judgement in determining the validity of goodwill claims and a keen eye for detail in verifying documentation and policy adherence.

You’ll interact with agents, dealerships and clients to correct files that need it, and help agents who need to offer appropriate goodwill remedies to customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit files
  • Determine the business decision’s validity
  • Verify that the case has proper documentation
  • Interact with agents, dealership personnel and business clients when files need to be corrected or completed
  • Field help desk calls from contact center agents regarding extending financial opportunities to customers
  • Make sure policies, procedures and state laws are followed
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills

  • Able to work under pressure and meet defined metrics
  • Computer navigation and typing skills

Eligibility Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Able to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time (no weekends or late nights!)
  • After the initial training period, you may be scheduled to help on the phones starting at 4 p.m. (on a rotational basis)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably

Nice to Have

  • College degree
  • Experience with case escalation, leadership and mentoring

Remote Work Requirements

  • Michigan resident 
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
