- Lead test automation with Selenium.
- Design and implement end-to-end test strategies.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaboration.
- Utilize TestRail to enhance QA processes.
- Refine leadership skills in a high-growth environment.
Skills/Experience:
- 8+ years of QA experience with proven leadership abilities.
- Expertise in TestRail, Selenium, and automation tools.
- Solid background in the finance sector, handling complex systems.
