Key Responsibilities

• Manage audits from initiation to completion.
• Prepare accounts and tax computations for a varied client base.
• Monitor WIP, resource planning, and budget management for client portfolios.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
• Provide strategic fee development recommendations.
• Present work to Partners and ensure files meet high standards.
• Handle compliance queries and deliver clear client communications.
• Mentor and develop trainees, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Participate in networking and business development activities, contributing to the firm’s growth.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE with proven practice experience.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of audit and general accounting, with excellent attention to detail and risk analysis abilities.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, ambitious, and reliable, with the drive to progress within the firm.
• Leadership: Confident in leading a team and nurturing their growth.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and colleagues effectively.
