Responsibilities:

• Be the eyes and ears for new opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Support our customers as the product expert to provide clinical and technical information.

• Manage your time effectively so that you can support a high performing team of expert Territory Mangers.

• Troubleshoot complex problems and be a trusted advisor.

• Be present in the operating theatre to assist Surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products.

• Maintain and manage your inventory.

Successful candidates will have:

• A strong desire to transition into medical device sales- maybe an allied health worker or budding sales star.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.

• A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.

• Resilience and a positive attitude, as you’ll face challenges in a competitive market.

• A commitment to being an outstanding team player.
