We have an exciting opportunity to join our Craniomaxillofacial and Ear Nose & Throat division as an Associate Territory Manager, based in Sydney. This is a genuine opportunity for a successful sales and team-focused individual to progress and grow their career with a leading global medical device company that offers countless development opportunities.
This role will be working with two current Territory Managers, with growth and career development opportunities in this expanding division.

Responsibilities:
Strategically promote and sell Stryker CMF and ENT products to meet our customers’ needs
Support our customers and become a product expert to provide clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting
Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your findings with your Regional Manager
Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking
Be present in the operating theatre to assist Surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products
Maintain and manage your inventory of products
Successful candidates will have:
A passion for sales, relationship building and the healthcare/medical industry
Previous sales experience required; ideally within the healthcare industry although not essential
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in a sales capacity
Self-starter, someone who can work with autonomy and thrives on a challenge
Highly organised and demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule and competing priorities
A passion for learning and self development
