Remote Sales is designed to complement traditional field sales force with a technology enabled, an innovative remote selling capability that will enhance accessibility to product and service solutions for our customers and thus improve the overall customer experience. Remote sales organization is specifically growing & maintaining sales revenue and supporting the sales execution in instrumentation of selected accounts. This position is part of VES (Virtual Engagament Solutions) Remote Sales team in Poland responsible for OR ICU portfolio and reports directly to the Poland Remote OR/ ICU Sales Leader.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Remotely sell Medtronic’s products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal lead when appropriate.
• Provide input on new markets, new product introductions and existing products or supplies.
• Assist the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
• Fully utilize all available sales tool to maximize sales efficiency (SFDC & Vendavo & E-Store) and complete all required administrative tasks (call reports and other KPI and metrics reports).
• Deliver on-going product servicing by delivering accurate product information and forecasting and active supply chain management.
• Build and perpetuate profitable business partnerships and relationships in order to provide long-term sales success.
• Communicate & align on a regular basis with field sales force and local marketing organization.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• University degree in a business relevant discipline.
• Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry.
• 1+ years of Remote Sales or Key Account Management experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management software and SAP.
• Strong “remote” communication and selling skills accompanied with presentation/ communication skills over the phone & ability to track and close deals with customers.
• Fluent in Polish
• Willingness to travel (max up to 20%) to selected accounts
