Associate Program Manager – Medical Education
Join our team as an Associate Program Manager – Medical Education , where you’ll play a key role in educating and engaging healthcare professionals while driving impactful medical education initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing – Medical Education & Professional Affairs , you will help shape training programs, foster relationships with key opinion leaders, and support the strategic development of educational content.

What You’ll Do:
Educate clinical professors, faculty, residents, and students on key products and their benefits.
Develop and coordinate continuing education workshops, seminars, and training programs.
Identify and support clinical trial sites across various development stages.
Manage medical education program logistics, content delivery, and execution. Provide data-driven insights to shape future educational strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, sales training, and medical education teams to enhance program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
• MBA preferred
• 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
