To sustain its growth, A&O Shearman LLP Belgium is currently looking for an Mid-level Associate for our Debt Finance practice, to be located in Brussels or Antwerp.Our Belgian Debt Finance team consists of 13 specialist lawyers based in our Antwerp and Brussels offices. This leading practice offers a complete debt finance service. We handle the full range of debt finance transactional work for financial institutions, funds, corporates and sponsors in leveraged acquisition finance, global loans, project finance (projects and PPP), asset finance, real estate finance, export trade and commodities finance and restructuring matters.Our practice further offers a comprehensive cross-border capability, in conjunction with A&O Shearman’s other international offices, permitting you to work and grow in a truly international setting.Who we are looking for

• You obtained a Belgian Master in Law with outstanding academic results;
• You have 2-4 years of experience in a reputable firm with a special focus debt finance transactions;
• You have an excellent command of English as well as French and/or Dutch (written and spoken);
• You are a team player with excellent legal capabilities, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills.
