We invite you to grow your career with us.The RoleThe role is with MHC’s DCM, Structured Finance & Derivatives team, which sits within the Financial Services department. The team assists clients on the structuring, documentation and execution a wide range of international debt capital markets and structured finance/securitisation transactions, including publicly offered and privately placed listed and unlisted debt securities. Our clients include issuers, arrangers, trustees and other market participants. We also provide transactional and regulatory advice to a number of multilateral development banks on Irish and public international law.Candidate Requirements1-5 years post qualification transactional experience in a banking and finance department of a commercial law firmExperience in DCM, structured finance/securitisation and/or derivatives is a plus but not essential.Attitude is key. You must be pro-active and willing to work collaboratively within a team environment.Strong focus on client services, responsiveness and the ability to manage multiple clients.Responsibilities of the role includeWorking with clients on the drafting, compilation and legal review of, input into, offering documents (including prospectuses). EU regulated and exchange regulated markets.Listing debt securities on Euronext Dublin and other leading stock exchanges.
