Contract: Permanent
Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, rota made 6 weeks in advance.
Location: St. AndrewsYour duties as an Assistant Retail Manager will include…

• Supporting the store manager to supervise every aspect of the daily tasks.
• Leading and supervising retail staff.
• Responsible for business operations when the store manager is not present.
• Responsible for providing customer service, merchandising, and ongoing training.
• Reporting on day-to-day activities and sales strategies.
• Maintaining optimal quantities of stock.
• Maintaining the store’s visual appeal and effectively handling consumer complaints.

We’re looking for someone with…

• Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience.
• Teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in window dressing and visual merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to carry out a range of work floor tasks.
