Contract: Permanent
Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, rota made 6 weeks in advance.

- Supporting the store manager to supervise every aspect of the daily tasks.
- Leading and supervising retail staff.
- Responsible for business operations when the store manager is not present.
- Responsible for providing customer service, merchandising, and ongoing training.
- Reporting on day-to-day activities and sales strategies.
- Maintaining optimal quantities of stock.
- Maintaining the store’s visual appeal and effectively handling consumer complaints.
We’re looking for someone with…
- Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience.
- Teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in window dressing and visual merchandising.
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to carry out a range of work floor tasks.
