This means:

• Being the voice of the guest and bringing to life the owner experience to improve customer experience, feedback and performance.
• Supporting the team to ensure owner experience targets are met.
• Supporting in the development and training of the experience team.
• Planning and delivering a wide range of owner and guest events such as forums, drop-ins, and social events that are tailored to the customers on your park.
• Support in the management of budgetary costs for owner sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls.
• Working in collaboration with all park teams and central support to ensure all standards across all areas are operating at a high level and offering a great service to customers.
