We maximize ROI and drive growth by leveraging the power of data and automation, utilising Marketo. We build personalised customer journeys, strategically advise on email content development and work with our stakeholders to ensure a compliant and connected communication journey for our clients. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunityThe Marketing Engagement data analyst will have full end to end ownership of marketing automation campaigns being briefed to the team from our Deloitte marketing and business stakeholders. You will work alongside the stakeholders to ensure their vision is executed for maximum success against objectives. You will advise on content enhancements, propose strategic tactics to build success and will understand performance against industry benchmarks, striving to ensure campaigns are best-in-class. You will take a leading role in supporting data integrity from ingestion and compliance considerations to focusing on data verification between integrated systems. You will also have a supporting responsibility in standardising campaign metrics to insights to demonstrate value.Some core responsibilities include:

  • Working with business stakeholders and cross-functional agency teams to understand campaign objectives and requirements.
  • Building and executing campaigns within Marketo, including email, landing pages, and forms and manage logic to build exceptional client experience.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance and provide insights to optimise campaigns for better results
  • Conducting regular audits of marketing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Supporting data management processes within Marketo aligned to both data hygiene and compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of marketing automation processes and best practices for knowledge sharing within the team and across stakeholder groups.
  • Critically analysing data integration issues between Marketo and Salesforce with route to issue resolution
  • Standardising email campaign effectiveness reporting
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices across marketing technology.

  • You are a logical individual. Someone who can see a route to completion, both within a Marketing Automation platform but also within prioritisation of campaign management tasks.
  • You have a data centric mindset. Someone who can read data, who can translate complex data scenarios into simple actionable change requests.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot situations, allowing you to see nuances in data and identify quickly where integrations may be compromised.
  • You have experience in developing and implementing data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of marketing data.
  • You are a storyteller. You can see insight in data and can build a story to showcase value, underpinning the value the team brings to the firm, as well showcasing campaign impact.
  • Your confidence in marketing automation software (Marketo desired) allows you to identify areas of growth and opportunity which enhances our client experience.
  • You are a great communicator with a drive to explain process in a clear and effective way whilst enabling your stakeholder to understand the importance of data and identifying actionable outputs which can drive the Growth strategy.
  • You gave a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to drive alignment and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Proactivity is a key focus for you. You have a clear understanding of prioritisation and can manage multiple campaigns at any one time.
  • You are a team player who supports, grows, and develops through educating or consulting others sharing and building on the teams’ collaborative skills, strength, and knowledge.
