Applications are invited for the following post: Assistant Lecturer in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (Permanent Wholetime) (Reference 396a/2023) The School of Biological, Health and Sports Sciences is seeking to appoint an Assistant Lecturer in Biomedical Diagnostics on a Permanent Wholetime basis. A panel may be formed from which future vacancies at this level may be filled. The School seeks a highly motivated candidate who will play a key role in the academic direction of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across the School including teaching, academic assessment and academic administration. The successful candidate will be required to teach across programmes in the area of Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition at undergraduate and post graduate level. In addition to teaching, the role will involve curriculum development, development of online teaching resources, sourcing and supervising student projects, programme management and administration, and pastoral care of students. Hours of Work: This is a wholetime post. In addition to teaching hours (up to 18 hours per week), attendance is required from Monday to Friday during the general working hours of the School and Faculty. Location: TU Dublin Campus, Dublin. Salary: €47,535 – €58,726 Appointments will be made at the appropriate point on the appropriate scale. Closing Date: 5pm (Irish Time) on Monday 8th April 2024.
