The Assistant Guest Services Manager is entrusted to lead and develop the Guest Services teams to consistently deliver a seamless telephone service to all our internal and external guests.Key expectations of this role are

• Efficiently answering phone calls by using Rosewood correct telephone etiquette at all times.
• Ensuring the highest standard of all guest service associates, striving to go extra mile by delivering heartfelt interactions with our internal and external guests.
• Strive for the continuous development of all associates by allocation of duties.
• Embracing Rosewood standards to ensure a consistent guest experience delivered by all guest service associates.
• Having a thorough knowledge of all services offered by the hotel and its dining facilities.

Profile

• A good understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
• Sound understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
• Being self-motivated.
• Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
• Possessing a proficient level of written and spoken English.
