The Assistant Guest Services Manager is entrusted to lead and develop the Guest Services teams to consistently deliver a seamless telephone service to all our internal and external guests.Key expectations of this role are
- Efficiently answering phone calls by using Rosewood correct telephone etiquette at all times.
- Ensuring the highest standard of all guest service associates, striving to go extra mile by delivering heartfelt interactions with our internal and external guests.
- Strive for the continuous development of all associates by allocation of duties.
- Embracing Rosewood standards to ensure a consistent guest experience delivered by all guest service associates.
- Having a thorough knowledge of all services offered by the hotel and its dining facilities.
Profile
- A good understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
- Sound understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
- Being self-motivated.
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- Possessing a proficient level of written and spoken English.
